All our itinerary holidays are fully customisable

Kangerlussuaq
1Day

Kangerlussuaq

Independently arrive at the starting point of your expedition, the town of Kangerlussuaq. Kangerlussuaq is more or less only the airport. Though the Greenland ice cap “knocking at the door” of the town and colourful houses make it a special place.

In the afternoon you are welcomed aboard the luxury expedition ship M/V Sea Spirit. Explore the ship and get comfortable in your home away from home for the extraordinary adventure to come. Savor the anticipation of your Arctic dreams coming true as we slip our moorings and sail out of the picturesque fjord.

Disko Bay and West Greenland
2-9Days

Disko Bay and West Greenland

Over the next days, landings and excursions will be determined by ice and weather conditions. We expect to visit Sisimiut, the country's second largest town with its excellent museum; Qeqertarsuaq on Disko Island where there is a distinctive octagonal church and lots of hiking options; Nuuk, the capital and largest city of Greenland; the picturesque town of Paamuit; the colonial trading port of Narsaq where some of Greenland’s oldest Norse ruins are located; Qaqortoq, the island of Hvalsey and the highlight of the coast, Ilulissat, where ice broken from the Jacobshavn Glacier flows swiftly down the fjord into Disko Bay.

At Sea
10 - 11Days

At Sea

After an amazing time in West Greenland we head toward Iceland. Presentations and workshops by expert staff, as well as our range of onboard recreation facilities, ensure that these days at sea are not idly spent. Seabird viewing and whale sightings can be enjoyed from panoramic open decks as well as exterior stateroom windows and balconies.

Disembarkation in Reykjavík, Iceland
9Day

Disembarkation in Reykjavík, Iceland

After breakfast we say farewell in Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland and ending point of our expedition. A transfer to the international airport is provided or to the city center if you wish to spend another day or more in Iceland before flying home. From Reykjavík the entire country is accessible through day tours or longer journeys by rental car. The options for additional adventures are endless!
