Luxury Greenland to Quebec

Discover Canada and Greenland in the company of naturalists and experienced guides and discover the multiple facets of this magnificent region and its unspoiled environment. We will set sail from Kangerlussuaq in Greenland, and head for the small and colourful village of Sisimiut. We will then navigate the Davis Strait that separates the Labrador Sea from Baffin Bay, and you may be lucky enough to do some whale-watching. The next sight to see will be Nunavut with its huge cliffs, bird colonies, basalt formations, rocky islands and fjords with their craggy mountains. This Canadian territory is home to exceptional wildlife, including polar bears, whales and many species of birds. The magical aurora borealis can also be seen from Nunavut. Akpatok will be the next enchanting point of call, a key site for polar bears and also home to the vestiges of the Dorset culture. Your adventure will continue at the heart of the majestic Saglek fjord, in the far south of the Torngat Mountains National Park, before you return to Saint-Laurent with its whales and beluga sturgeons, national parks and wild fjords where you may see caribou (moose) and its tiny characterful villages.On the programme: Perce with its famous rock and its Northern Gannets; flying over the Saguenay fjord in a seaplane (optional excursion); the historical site of Battle Harbour, and more. Your cruise will end in Quebec, whose old town is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
